All Rigel bulls are assessed for temperament, growth rate, length, conformation, legs & feet etc. All are halter broken,
and can be ringed at the customers' request. They are BVD vaccinated.
The selection and breeding of their dams is based
on preserving the qualities of the traditional Salers cow, namely; outstandingly easy calving, high growth rate, good frame, sound
legs & feet, tidy udder with plenty of milk, generally low maintenance and a long working life.
